Among his leadership initiatives, Attorney Weinshank has crafted a vision to grow the firm’s business by bringing Cramer & Anderson’s sophisticated team approach and personalized advocacy to clients throughout Fairfield County.

“Our interdisciplinary approach allows us to combine forces, bringing in our colleagues from other disciplines as a way to keep costs down and avoid unnecessary billable hours,” the firm’s website explains, adding, “ … we have generations of clients who know they will find no stronger advocates than Cramer & Anderson.”

“I’ve been focusing on Fairfield County, and have grown and extended my practice area and the firm as a whole into southern Connecticut and the shoreline,” said Attorney Weinshank, whose recently updated profile on LinkedIn details his accomplishments.

He was the sole Cramer & Anderson Associate elevated to Partner this year.

“We are excited to bring Josh into the partnership,” said Senior Partner Ken Taylor. “His significant prior experience, commitment to his clients and the communities he serves, as well as his demonstration of the high ethical standards expected of all Cramer & Anderson attorneys, led us to make him a partner. We are optimistic about the impact of his practice in the Northern Fairfield County market.”

In his primary Practice Area, Attorney Weinshank advises clients on ways to effectively and efficiently preserve and create intergenerational wealth. His approach to estate planning takes into account clients’ entire portfolios and full range of goals.

Attorney Weinshank has a Juris Doctor Degree from Western New England University, and also received an LL.M. in Estate Planning and Elder Law from Western New England University School of Law.

In addition to expanding Cramer & Anderson’s practice in Fairfield County, Attorney Weinshank is focused on community-minded activism as a way of giving back and helping to foster important initiatives.

Earlier this year, he was appointed to the new Planned Giving Committee formed by Ability Beyond, the pioneering Bethel-based organization that “helps thousands of people with physical and mental disabilities discover their abilities and become a part of their communities.”

Attorney Weinshank lives in Ridgefield. He may be reached by email at jweinshank@crameranderson.com and by phone at (203) 744-1234.
