C&A’s Randy DiBella has been re-appointed New Milford Town Attorney by Mayor Patricia Murphy. His selection was unanimously confirmed by the New Milford Town Council. DiBella has been New Milford’s chief legal officer since Mayor Murphy first appointed him to that office in 2003. He is responsible for all civil litigation matters involving the Town, including tax appeals, and represents all of New Milford’s land use boards and commissions. He is the legal advisor to the Mayor and all municipal departments except the board of education and is charged with drafting ordinances, regulations and contracts that are proposed by the Mayor, Council the various boards and commissions.
