Cramer & Anderson Welcomes New Attorneys

Cramer and Anderson is pleased to welcome two new attorneys to our team.

Weinshank_0008Rc2 (2)Attorney Josh Weinshank has joined Cramer and Anderson’s Danbury office. He will be working in the Trusts and Estate department and will assist clients with Trust and Estate planning, probate administration, Elder law planning, and probate litigation. Josh comes to us after having practiced in the trusts and estates arena for the last five years, and he holds an LLM degree in tax law. Josh’s father, Art, has practiced law with Cramer and Anderson for over 30 years. Josh will serve our clients in the northern Fairfield County and Greater Danbury areas. Sochacki_thumbAttorney Chris Sochacki recently joined our Litchfield office. Attorney Sochacki has practiced insurance defense law for the last 17 years. He has been a successful advocate before the Connecticut Superior Court, Appellate Court, and Supreme Court. Chris practices all areas of civil litigation, with particular focus on personal injury, product liability, construction defect, medical malpractice, real estate error and omissions, professional malpractice, and employers’ liability and discrimination. He also has extensive litigation experience in fire and explosion litigation, emergency management and emergency response consultation and litigation.

Chris lives in New Hartford with his wife Julie and their two sons, where Chris serves as a Deputy Director of Emergency Management. He is a member of New Hartford’s volunteer fire and ambulance services, and he is a licensed and practicing Connecticut paramedic.
