
Cramer & Anderson Personal Injury Partner Ryan Henry was a lead presenter in the National Business Institute’s Connecticut Personal Injury Boot Camp, a day-long seminar held online Nov. 11.
The seminar for other attorneys, in-house counsel, and other legal professionals, was billed as An Attorney’s Guide Through Personal Injury Cases – From A to Z.
Presenters delved into the procedures of personal injury cases from the initial intake through trial, including damage calculations, examination of insurance coverage, filing and discovery procedures, the basics of liens and subrogation, and more.

About Attorney Henry
Attorney Ryan Henry limits his practice to injury law by seeking compensation for those injured and killed due to the negligence or recklessness of another. He has represented plaintiffs in injury cases and death cases that include car accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking wrecks, and boating accidents.

The nomination for Attorney Henry highlighted two of his cases, including a Personal Injury case in which he secured a $3,559,819.78 judgment on behalf of the estate and family of a beloved Waterbury man killed by a hit-and-run driver in 2019. The judge’s decision ordered economic damages of $79,759.10 and non-economic damages of $2 million (reduced by 25 percent to $1,559,819.32, based on a comparative negligence finding) – but also punitive noneconomic damages in the amount of $2 million.
