Cramer & Anderson Partner Barry Moller was among the speakers who provided expertise in an October Connecticut Bar Association continuing legal education (CLE) seminar on issues related to Workers’ Compensation.
The seminar, entitled Arising Out of and in the Course of Employment, was presented by the CBA’s Workers’ Compensation Section and took place Oct. 17 at the Hawthorne Inn in Berlin.
The continuing education program, designed for Workers’ Compensation practitioners, and attorneys interested in practicing Workers’ Comp law, consisted of a comprehensive review of Connecticut General Statute §31-284(a).
In addition to Attorney Moller, speakers for the day included Craig T. Abbott of Solimene & Secondo, Scott A. Carta of Leighton Katz & Drapeau, John B. Cantarella of Walker Feigenbaum & Cantarella Law Group, Jonathan A. Cantor of the Law Offices of Gerald S. Sack, George O’Donnell of McGan Bartlett & Brown, Tushar Shah of Montstream Law Group, and Brian L. Smith of Goldberg Segalla.
