Connecticut Association of Municipal Attorneys (CAMA) president and Cramer & Anderson municipal lawyer Dan Casagrande has prepared and delivered a seminar to the state’s municipal tax assessor’s concerning tax assessments and the assessment appeal process. Casagrande was lead defense counsel for the municipality in a multi-billion dollar tax appeal filed by the operator of the Millstone nuclear power plant and reactor, Dominion Energy.
Casagrande and C&A partners John Tower and Kim Nolan have litigated numerous municipal tax appeals on behalf of towns and cities involving many varied issues.
