Partner Graham Moller and Attorney Elizabeth “Lizzy” Gilbert dropped off Cramer & Anderson’s annual donation to Camella’s Cupboard Food Pantry for Children in New Milford on Nov. 26.
The mission of Camella’s Cupboard is to provide year-round hunger relief to children, seniors, and other vulnerable populations in the Greater New Milford. Families with children younger than 18 that find themselves in need can sign up for food assistance from Camella’s Cupboard.
On Fridays, each child in participating families receives a food bag with child friendly items that can be consumed with little or no adult supervision. Each family unit receives 50 to 70 pounds of dairy, protein, produce, bread, and greens.
Camella’s Cupboard also offers in-school food pantries at New Milford High School and Schaghticoke Middle School, Home Delivery for homebound families, seniors and those with disabilities, and Blessing Boxes, which are 24/7 micro food pantries that can be accessed anonymously at any time.
