Each year during the holiday season, the attorneys and staff of Cramer & Anderson pool resources for a series of firm donations to area social services agencies and other important initiatives.

Some traditions, such as donating to the New Milford Santa Fund, extend back decades, while others, like aiding the furry friends at beCAUSE 4 PAWS animal rescue in New Milford, are newer initiatives. Here are details on this year’s donations.

Supplies, Gift Cards, and More for beCAUSE 4 PAWS

Cramer & Anderson attorneys and staff chipped in for a second year to make a holiday season donation of supplies, toys, gift cards, and more to Because 4 PAWS- Animal Rescue in New Milford.

“It’s wonderful to take part in a program that helps local families in need,” said Jeremy Ruman, legal assistant to Partner Art Weinshank, who oversees the Santa Fund collection for the firm.

“I’m impressed by everyone’s generosity each year, and the thankful reception we get at the Social Services Department gives us the warm glow of knowing families with children who deserve toys and gifts will be having a brighter Christmas,” added Ruman, who recently dropped off a donation totaling $520 in gift cards from Kohl’s and Amazon and cash.
