Cramer & Anderson Retained as Special Counsel by City of Waterbury

Cramer & Anderson LLP is pleased to announce that City of Waterbury has retained Cramer & Anderson LLP as special counsel to advise it regarding the implementation of its recent referendum vote to elect its Aldermen on the basis of geographic districts rather than at-large. This is a major assignment involving multiple ordinance revisions and ongoing advice to various committees and boards on compliance with the Voter Rights Act and related constitutional issues. Dan Casagrande from our Danbury office and Randall DiBella from our New Milford office are lead counsel in this endeavor. Both have extensive municipal and government practices and they will be assisted by many other attorneys in the firm for this project.
