Jonathan Bedosky – Associate
Jonathan M. Bedosky joined Cramer & Anderson in August 2021 following his graduation from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury.
Working primarily with Business, Corporate & Commercial Law Partner Mitchell Melnick, he is engaged in litigation research in varying areas of the law, including construction and contract disputes, as well as transactional work.
Bedosky has passed the bar exam and awaits his swearing-in ceremony.
Bedosky’s experience includes work as a law clerk with a small firm specializing in property and real estate matters, as well as a role as a Clinic Associate with the Connecticut Urban Legal Initiative while in law school, performing transactional work, such as housing authority paperwork, for nonprofit and governmental clients.
In the summer of 2019, he served as an intern for the Newman’s Own Foundation, reviewing documents pertaining to trademark law, licensing, and publicity rights in connection with founder Paul Newman, as well as working on contract drafting and amendments, and other matters.
Bedosky considers the internship one of his most influential experiences. The value placed on personal connections and giving back to the community, which he experienced in work for the foundation and the Newman’s Own food production company, inspired him to prioritize connecting with a midsize firm like Cramer & Anderson that has deep ties to the western Connecticut communities it serves.
A resident of Woodbury, his interests include competitive powerlifting and Mixed Martial Arts.
