New Firm Representative for Greater New Milford Business Association

Cramer & Anderson Associate Michael Holler

Associate Michael Holler

Cramer & Anderson Associate Michael Holler has taken over as the firm’s representative on the Greater New Milford Business Association (GNMBA).

Holler follows Associate Graham Moller in the role of member and liaison to the 30-year-old business networking group.

“The GNMBA is a great group of local businesses and an even greater group of people,” Attorney Moller said. “Being a member of the GNMBA allowed me to not only learn about each member business but also about the Greater New Milford area in general. The importance of the GNMBA cannot be overstated at a time when we are losing so many local businesses. This is a group of local businesses who truly care for and look after one another. The amount I gained from being a member of the GNMBA is measured as much in the relationships I formed as the business referrals I received.”

“I’m excited for this opportunity to get out there and represent the firm, meet people, and see who we can help out,” said Holler, who met with Attorney Moller and also spoke with GNMBA Vice President Tammy Reardon in preparing for the new role.

“Our focus right now is to reengage some of the members we haven’t seen for a while,” said Reardon, who is also the Grant Writer and Compliance Specialist for the Town of New Milford, a GNMBA member. “We are also looking to increase membership as businesses start to be able to adjust how they conduct business, and be there to support local businesses in strengthening their client bases.”

The GNMBA currently has 21 members, and the goal this spring is to reach 30 members. All members have a connection of some type to the New Milford area, which can range from owning a local business and also living in town to operating a business in New Milford and living elsewhere, or simply having a client base in New Milford.

“We are industry exclusive,” Reardon noted. For example, Cramer & Anderson is the association’s only law firm.

The GNMBA was founded in 1991 by Christine Tyson of Burke Travel, Ray Kish of Candlewood Marketing, and Lou Nettune of PC Management.

Meetings are held at 8 a.m. each Friday, and have been conducted via Zoom during the pandemic but will soon return to in-person gatherings, Reardon said.
