New Milford Considering Medical Marijuana Regulations.

The Town of New Milford Zoning Commission will hold public hearings concerning proposed revisions to its regulations that will permit the cultivation and sale of medical marijuana in its commercially zoned districts. The Connecticut legislature approved the regulated prescription and dispensing of medical marijuana during its 2013 legislative session. Cramer & Anderson partner Randy DiBella, who is New Milford’s chief legal counsel and the commission’s attorney, drafted the proposed revisions in concert with the New Milford Zoning Enforcement Officer.
