Cramer & Anderson Partner Ryan Henry

Ryan M. Henry – Partner

Attorney Ryan Henry limits his practice to injury law by seeking compensation for those injured and killed due to the negligence or recklessness of another.

Attorney Henry has represented plaintiffs in injury cases and death cases that include car accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking wrecks, and boating accidents.

He also seeks redress for those injured or killed by defective products and has successful sued many major Fortune 500 companies on behalf of those injured by product defects.

A significant portion of his practice includes seeking compensation for injuries caused by dogs, as well as injuries caused by trip-and-falls and/or slip-and-falls that occur on dangerous and defective property. Attorney Henry has also represented injured victims and those killed by explosions.

Attorney Henry rigorously prepares and analyzes cases to ensure his clients are in the best position to resolve their legal issue with optimal results, whether through a settlement, a trial, or an appeal.

As a trial lawyer who has litigated more than 1,000 often complex disputes, Attorney Henry’s loyalty is to only one person – his client. From the moment you meet with Attorney Henry in the initial consultation to when your matter is resolved, he will fight for your best interests.

According to Attorney Henry, when a client consults with an attorney, the client should not be afraid to ask about the attorney’s jury trial experience. Many lawyers will tout their settlements, but a client should only hire an injury lawyer that will go the distance by taking the case to a jury verdict. The insurance companies and defense lawyers know which lawyers will try a case, and the injured party should know whether their lawyer is willing to bring the case in front of a jury.

Attorney Henry is admitted to practice law in Connecticut state and federal courts, as well as in the State of New York. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and sits on the Board of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association as well as its General Tort Committee. This organization seeks to protect individual rights through fair law and access to justice.

Attorney Henry has served as the Secretary, Vice President and as the President of the Litchfield County Bar Association.

Attorney Henry was raised in Newtown, Conn., and currently resides with his family in Southbury, where he has served on a local board in a volunteer capacity. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and skiing.

Client Reviews:

Attorney Ryan Henry and his Assistant, Glynis, are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their clients. They helped make a very difficult process easier to understand and were there for me every step of the way. I am thankful I found them and highly recommend them for legal guidance and assistance. They are truly the best at what they do!

I had the pleasure of having Ryan Henry & Glynis Gilbert represent me after being in a car accident. I went in knowing nothing about the process nor how to navigate and after successfully closing my case I’d comfortably recommend them to anyone who is in a similar situation. They were great at explaining the process upfront and answering any questions or concerns I had. I’m very appreciated of all the work they did on my behalf and if I ever unfortunately end up in a similar situation Ryan is who I’d call.
