Cramer & Anderson LLP client, insurance software firm I-Engineering.com, Inc., of Shelton, Conn., was acquired on June 13, 2023, by Boston, Mass.-based XDimensional Technologies, Inc., a leading insurance technology provider backed by Serent Capital.
Attorneys Mitchell J. Melnick and Graham Moller, from the New Milford, Conn., offices of Cramer & Anderson, represented I-Engineering and its Stockholders in connection with the transaction. Attorneys from the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, led by Abtin Jalali and Andrew Abell, represented XDimensional Technologies and Serent Capital.
The acquisition enables XDimensional Technologies, to leverage and scale its implementation, support, product, and technology teams, according to a news release published on June 15, 2023.
The Charlotte, N.C.-based investment banking firm, Sherman & Company, advised I-Engineering in connection with the transaction, according to the news release, and Lincoln International served as the financial advisor to Serent Capital and XDimentional Technologies.
