Cramer & Anderson Partner Randy DiBella was appointed Town Attorney for Sharon, Conn., by the Board of Selectmen in a July 24 meeting, and was also named Washington’s Town Attorney effective July 1, 2018. In mid-August, he was also named Town Attorney for North Canaan.
In Washington he succeeds Town Attorney David Myles, who retired from the position effective June 30.
Attorney DiBella and Partner Lorry Schiesel are Kent’s Town Attorneys, and Attorney Schiesel also represents New Milford’s Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA). She will provide legal services as needed to the Sharon WPCA as well.
Attorney DiBella also represents the Town of New Milford and has been New Milford’s Town Attorney for 15 years. He represents the City of Danbury in Freedom of Information litigation, and joined other Connecticut Freedom of Information experts for the featured panel discussion April 27 at the Freedom of Information Annual Conference.
